My Charge 3 Fitbit's display screen is black. I see that many other people have complained of the same thing with no results. What can I do? Will you let me return the Charge 3 and send me a replacement? Please respond.

Regarding your question, I'd like you to perform some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this issue before checking out the warranty status of your Fitbit device.
Let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hallo, leider habe ich genau das gleiche Problem mit meiner charge 3. Das Display ist schwarz. Auch das aufladen und etliche Neustarts bringen hier keine Abhilfe. Es vibriert regelmäßig beim aufladen und zählt laut der App auch die Schritte. Nur auf dem Display kann ich nichts mehr sehen was kann man hier noch machen?
