My Charge 3 screen is black. It still vibrates when I connect the charger.
I tried the long restart multiple times and it did not work. During the long restart when I am holding down the button, the Smiley face appears at about the 10 second mark. It stays on the screen until about the 20 second mark when it disappears. If I let go of the button at the 15 second mark, disconnect from the charger, then reconnect, the screen remains black - no smiley face or anything else. If I keep holding the button past the 15 second mark until the smiley face disappears, then release the button, then disconnect and reconnect, the same thing happens - black screen with no smiley face or anything else.
I removed the Charge 3 from my Fitbit app and when I try to add it back in I get to the bluetooth pairing screen, the app finds my Charge 3 which vibrates but the screen is black and does not show a 4 digit code.
