Charge 3 screen is black

My charge 3 screen went completely black last night. It's still vibrating and syncing and the green light still works but the screen is just black. I went to all the sites to find out how to get it working again but nothing helped. I've tried everything. I'm very disappointed because this Fitbit is a replacement for my other charge 3 that got black lines through the screen. My charge 3 is only a couple of months old.

Hi.I have the same issue with my Charge 3.Went black  yesterday..I  tried everything.. I have just rang the customer services, they talked me through another restart. still nothing.. They are sending me out a replacement.. Perhaps give them a call?.

I think my warranty period is over this is already a replacement,just bought a koretrak watch cheaper and has more options,but thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I was planning on doing that. I just hate dealing with their customer service people 😒
