I have tried to charge my charge 3, but it only vibrates and never displays any information. How can I get my charge 3 to work again.

Hi @Katmat03, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't turn on, even though you charged your tracker.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on and works properly.

JuanJo, I was able to reset my charge 3 and it appears to be working. I will keep an eye on it for the next few days for any problems. I will get back to you if I need to. Thank you so much for your help!

So my Charge 3 battery was fully charged at 5:30pm and by 7pm the battery is dead. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this problem?

So, my charge 3 restarted. I fully charged it and it was totally dead after about 4 hours. Can you help me resolve this problem? Thank you.

Hi
Having the same problem with a six month old charge 4. Blank screen even when charging. No lights on the back, only vibrates when push the side button. Won’t sync to app.
Please can you advise.
