My screen is totally blank. I tried the reset instructions several times as well as tried changing the clock face. Still nothing. About 2 months ago it looked like the screen was grey versus black. Now, nothing. Thanks so much.

Hi @rojodalgal, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 became blank and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
