Charge 3 screen is blank, but the side button is responsive

My Fitbit is fully charged yet it will not show anything on the display screen, . When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time.  This started after a restart due to the screen and side button becoming unresponsive (the fix for that issue).  I have since tried to restart it several times, but to no avail.  The screen will light up with the smiley face to let me know the restart is complete, but the screen stays blank.  The Fitbit charged to 100% (I think; the screen was unresponsive prior to the restart so I couldn't check), and the green light that monitors the heart rate is still working.  The side button still vibrates when pushed.  I've tried changing the clock face, but that didn't work.

What else can I do to get my Charge 3 working again?

@ArchonErikr @Marg71 It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not responding. @ArchonErikr thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

@Marg71 you don't mention any troubleshoots so I suggest you restart your tracker and also try changing the clock face if the tracker is syncing.

Let me know how it goes.
