Charge 3 screen is dim and hard to read

Please note i am enquiring on someone's behalf.

The problem is that the fitbit has been charged successfully but is very light to see.

What are the possible solutions to this?

Could be in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Ritz2020, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of the Charge 3 is hard to see or dim.

 

In addition to the information that shared my friend @JohnnyRow, please have the owner of the tracker to restart it as described in this help article. After this, have her/him to follow the steps listed in this help page, under the subject "Settings app" and have her/him to adjust the screen's brightness and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep @JohnnyRow and me posted on the outcome.
