Charge 3 screen is faded and hard to view

Have been using Fitbit's for 4-5 years now, but sadly my Charge 3 screen is no longer viewable. I bought it in January and for the past two months is has just faded to the point I cannot even view it in a fully dark room. I have tried changing the clock face and re-booting the device and neither make a difference. Please help, would really appreciate a replacement as have had for less than 10 months.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and wast told that they assisted you and sent you an email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. Don't hesitate to reply to their email in case more assistance is needed.
