Charge 3 screen is fading out

The screen is so dark that I can't see anything.

Hi @G__gm, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with the screen of your Charge 3 since it's dark and hard to read.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.
