I’m getting so fed up. This is my second Fitbit Charge 3 that the screen has stopped working on. It still syncs with my phone and I can see some of the screen when I’m in a pitch dark room, but I can’t see the screen at all during the day. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @rosiebunny -- I have had this happen to me once before and was able to fix it from the app by changing to a different clock face and then syncing. After I got the screen back I was able to change back to the original clock face. Hope it works for you.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately this doesn’t improve things (and neither did a full reset!).
