My Charge 3 screen is fading. Only some of the time and steps are now visible on the screen. I cannot read the date at all. I have tried adjusting the brightness and also the "hard" restart while it is charging. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

My Charge3 screen has also faded so much to the point I can bearly see the time, even changing the clock face to a larger display didn't work!! What's the resolution?
