Hi,
The screen on my Charge 3 has turned from black, to a streak-gray. Since this happened, it is also unresponsive to swipes and taps a lot of the time. I’ve restarted it and let the battery go flat, but there has been no improvement. It’s less than a year old, so I’m just wondering what the next step should be?
I appreciate that working conditions aren’t ideal at the moment, so understand if it takes a while to respond to this 😊 Thank you ☺️

I have the same problem. I have also tried selecting a different clock face, which loaded but still with the same problem.

I am having the same problem- My charge level had dripped to 11%, I set it to charge and now the screen is a weird gray with vertical light streaks running down the display. They are bright enough I cannot see the heart rate at the bottom of the screen. I have rebooted, done the long reset , tried to change the clock faces and nothing is working. Now it is far less responsive to swipes and taps, and it takes about 15 tries to get to another screen. Any known fixes????

I believe we need an update on the software of Charge 3.

An update has been needed since the last update that caused many issues. I don't think there will be any more updates to the Charge 3.

I believe this is my last Fitbit device.

I will change the battery and the display of my Charge 2 ...
Or buy a Xiaomi MiFit 5. Because unfortunately you can't live with a Charge 3 device that stops all the time.

Yes, Xiaomi have great reviews.
We lost the Fitbit portal but it syncs everything with GoogleFit.
She is practically my first option at the moment. A good price and great features too.
