Charge 3 screen is stripey

  my screen looks like a bad photocopy.

Device reboot, clearing user data, and changing clock face, doesn't help at all.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen showing white lines. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue and sharing a picture of your tracker. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Hi Alvaro, 

Thanks for taking action on this for me. I heard back pretty quickly from the support team. 

Unfortunately the troubleshooting they suggested - 15sec reset - didn't work. My screen still looks the same. I responded to their message with the news but I haven't heard anything back from them.

Is there something else I can do?

At this point I suggest you await further instructions from Support. Due to current events their reply could be delayed but rest assured that you will get a reply from them.
