Like a large number of people my Charge 3 screen has become too dark to be visible in the daytime.  I have followed all the steps suggested, hard reboot, changing faces but nothing has worked.  Given the number of people who experience this issue, it is clearly a problem with the device.  Please fix this, it is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

If you have truly "followed all the steps suggested", there's no sense in my offering any suggestions, but in case you might have missed something:

Hold in side button a few seconds; make sure 'Sleep Mode' is off.

Go to Settings and check 'Brightness' there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for responding. I have done that before but just to be on the safe side I just tried again...no luck. The screen display is so dark I had to hold my fitbit under my desk in order to even see anything.
