I cannot see my screen. Please help!

Add more brightness settings on Charge 3. At the brightest setting (normal) I can not see the screen outdoors. Add a brighter setting than "normal" Please.

@spsngh Thank you for your reply.

Your feedback is very appreciated and I appreciate your understanding, but replacement devices are provided for products that are within the warranty period. If your original Charge 3 is no longer under warranty a discount could be an available option but some conditions and requirements should be met. For more information about our warranty policy, I recommend visiting the following link: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty.

@spsngh Thank you very much for your reply. @SheilaGS Welcome to the community forums.

@spsngh I also appreciate your patience. At this time, I was able to see your case and our Support Team is still reviewing it. Nevertheless, take into consideration that a discount could be an available option but some conditions and requirements should be met. If your case doesn't meet the requirements a discount can't be provided.

Hope this helps.
