Charge 3 screen is too dim

I have tried everything I have read in previous posts on here and my Fitbit screen is so dim that you just can’t see it at all outside at all and barely visible indoors I’m really disappointed as I have tried everything does anyone have any other suggestions?

I’ve tried each and all the steps that were suggested to correct this issue but my Charge3 is still too dim to read.

I am also experiencing the same issue, I've tried resetting and changing clock face but still cannot see the screen.

I think it’s damage after years of tapping the screen. Mine’s almost 3 years old and it started about 4 or 5 months ago
