Charge 3 screen is very dark

Hello,I’m from China.I need help.My charge 3 screen is very dark,I can hardly see its clock,I can only see it clearly at night after I turning off light.I tried to set brightness and turn off the sleeping mode,but it still doesn’t work,I don’t know how to change it as before.Please give me some suggestions.Thanks!!!

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. When changing the settings check for both the Sleep mode and Do not Disturb mode, just press the option and see if there is any change. Also restart your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Thanks for your suggestion.I tried to restart my tracker charge 3 as what you said,but it still doesn’t work.And I also changed my clock.Could you give me other suggestions?
