Charge 3 screen is very dark

All of a sudden, my Charge 3's face is very dark.  I can hardly see the numbers yet it's charged.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

You're a bit off-topic, but check the brightness setting in the quick options screen that you get by swiping right.

@Rikl Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried restarting your tracker? If you have but the screen is still dark, I'd recommend performing a long restart with the following steps:

  1. Plug your device back into the charging cable and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  2. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  3. The device turns off.
  4. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  5. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  6. Plug the device into the charging cable again and monitor its behavior afterwards.

How do I do that if I can not see because it is so dark?

I swipe but it is dark so cannot see the info

This happened to me .. you have to go into a pitch black room with a magnifying glass and  swipe to the left till you get to brightness and tap under it till you get it . It’s totally ridiculous and a stupid feature

Because you have tried adjusting the brightness level, may I know if you turned off the Sleep Mode? Did you also try performing the restart and long restart on your Charge 3 as described in my previous post?
