Charge 3 screen muddled up with words and showing double icons

My charge 3 is flickering,  all the words and icons.are.showing twice on the same.page ..cant scroll and sometimes.the screen is.blank. 

Have tried reset numerous times  also changes.the clock face but still not working. It is definitely a.screen issue as it.vibrates when message received but just cant read it

As you have tried the restart process already then it's time to contact customer support to see how they can help.
