Hi. Lately, I've noticed that there are black lines appearing on my FitBit Charge 3. Not the worst thing in the world. Just kind of annoying. Has anyone else had this happen? What can I do?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they replied to your email with some instructions. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
