I've read all the posts about the white lines across the screen. I had two, then it was one, now it's two again. I've done every suggested solution from the chat group with no results.
Anyone ever get a real fix?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 shows 2 white lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I rebooted the device from the device, I restarted while charging. The clock face was never changed. Still shows two lines across the screen
