Charge 3 screen shows white lines

My 1st charge 3 went white lines in less than a year, none of your fixes worked so it was replaced, less than a year later the replacement has gone white lines again and your fixes don't work how can I get it replaced again and should I mark this in my calendar as an annual event or will the next one make 12 months?

The link doesn't take me to a chat or a phone number to call you on, just an advertisement to buy more fitbits, how is this helpful?

I'm gonna be very blunt and very clear now.

 

I would like to return my fitbit please, the screen is unreadable and has the same fault as the last one.

 

Could I please get more help and less advertising
