I have cleaned the charging pins, changed the clock face, tried turning off and on but nothing. Screen is completely unresponsive although the app is saying that is fully charged. No green light blinking on the back either. This is the second time my Fitbit has died just after the one year warranty. Think I will just go with an Apple watch and give up on Fitbit.
