Charge 3 screen stuck and has white lines

My screen started not working properly yesterday morning. It started with white lines through the step count, heart rate, etc. but I could still see the time. This morning, it was stuck on last night’s time. I tried a short reset and the entire screen became unreadable. So I changed the clock face, did a long reset, and deleted and re-downloaded the app. I’m back to where I started...step count, etc. barely readable with white lines through it, and I can see the time. How do I fix the issue completely? Thanks!

I was never able to fix it with the normal troubleshooting steps. I reached out to customer service via chat and they were very helpful. Before doing the same, try all of the troubleshooting (short and long reset, changing clockface, deleting and redownloading the app) because they'll ask you to verify that you've tried everything. I hope this helps!

Yes, once I exhausted all of the options on my own, customer service helped me to get a replacement.
