I see a lot of posts about the charge 3 showing a 001 error. I read them all amd followed the rix, but it does not work. My fitbit is now just a black screen. Please help.

Hi Alvargo,

I went through this issue some months ago and it was a real pain to solve it.

Unfortunately, with Fitbit no longer supporting challenges, and now this issue, I am dropping my Fitbit.

Just bought a Samsung Watch to get my fitness info from.
