Thanks for getting back to us and for troubleshooting this.

I understand how frustrating this could be and please confirm that you have tried restarting your device, the long restart and changing the clock face.

Yes I tried everything, multiple times. Ended up just getting a new fitbit watch. On this particular issue, I think the "light" source was losing power. Also I would hope, from the many posts that indicated quite a few others are having the same issue - that the Fitbit team also has these same devices and therefore can experience it first hand instead of offering the same advice that multiple people have said does not work.
