Hi. I received my Charge 3 as a gift in December 2018 and since then I have read many comments about Charge 3 screen brightness issues. I have trouble seeing the screen unless I am in complete darkness. Despite adjusting my settings to normal or auto, nothing changes and I can definitely not read the screen during daylight. I need this problem resolved. Is there a factory reset? I live in Perth, Western Australia. Where can I get my Charge 3 fixed?
