I've seen a lot of posts on these issues, but I am wondering about best way to contact support? My Charge 3 has gotten so dim I can't even read it indoors (and often the left side doesn't light up at all). And it often goes completely blank. None of the resets or suggestions worked.
Will FitBit replace my Charge 3 with a new one? How do I talk to them about that? And if not, I'm going to have to buy a different watch.
