Charge 3 screen totally black

Screen went nuts last night with 1/4”-wide vertical bar & small horizontal lines. Now totally black. Have tried rebooting etc, nothing. Battery full, it’s still tracking activity. Screen is the only problem. Suggestions? Do I need a new one?
