Hi, hopefully someone can help. My mum charged her fitbit overnight (no bumps or drops) and in the morning the screen was white with glitchy veritcal lines on the front. Tried resetting, to no avail. It's still relatively new, as I got it for her for Mother's Day ( in May).
Wondering what I could to fix the problem? She's quite upset

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
