Charge 3 screen unreadable and faded on the edges

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have always been a fan of fitbit and owned a charge and charge 2 before upgrading to the charge 3 in december 2018. My screen has become so dim that it is unreadable and I have noticed that the edges of the display (left and right hand side) are so dim that its almost like there are no pixels working there.  I really do not want to have to buy a 4th device in 5 years. My charge 1 had to be replaced with issues.

I am so disappointed with fitbit. 4 devices in 5 years. Why is the build
quality so poor when you can purchase a full colour amoled display version
from xiaomi or huawei for a fraction of the cost?

Fitbit support have quoted me the typical line about checking warranty
status. Its out of warranty. I know this already. Even with a 50% discount,
a new tracker from fitbit will still cost twice as much as my 6 year old
daughter's awesome huawei honor band 5!!
