Hi, I’ve noticed over the last few weeks my charge 3 screen seems very dim and difficult to see. It starts bright then quickly goes very dim. I have also noticed some black lines going horizontally across the screen up the top and half way down. I have restarted the device a few times and it has made no difference. I am really struggling to see the screen. Please any suggestions would be welcome.

I have the horizontal lines issue as well. I can't see the time.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen being dim and showing lines. @EPhillips thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. @mcscott45 I suggest you make sure that your tracker isn't in the Sleep mode or Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the button. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
