Charge 3 screen wake and steps inquiries

  • My Charge 3 doesn't 'wake up' when I lift my arm which the Charge 2 did. If this is a settings issue can someone please let me know where to set it? If it's a fault can someone at Fitbit tell me how to sort it?
  • On my dashboard on the website, my steps are recording as for instance 6386 out of 10038 in the Activities Log. I want it to show my total step count - anyone know how to do that?

Thanks

It's great to see you here, @Mike_Cornwall.

I will be glad to help you out with the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3.

  • Screen wake: Press and hold the side button of your Charge 3 until it vibrates, then tap the “screen wake” option to adjust this setting.
  • Steps: Can you please be more specific? Where would you like to see your steps?

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Hi Alejandra,

When I look at my dashboard on my pc, the step count is shown in red, and there are lots of red lines on the graph above, but that step count is well below what I’ve actually done. If I click through to the detailed view, that shows my total step count and underneath the graph it says x000/y0000 total steps.

I’d like to just see the total number of steps on my dashboard landing page.

Stay well,

Mike

Thanks for getting back, @Mike_Cornwall.

In order to have a better idea of what you want to see, can you please provide me with some screenshots of what you seeing by following the steps in this post?.

I will see you later. 🙂
