Charge 3 screen wake isn't working

The watch face no longer lights when I raise my hand/arm. What needs to be done?

Press side button a few seconds; look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It's great to see you here, @RandyBP and @JohnnyRow, thanks for the input.

I was able to see here that our friend @JohnnyRow provided some instructions in order to fix this screen wake issue. Was this the answer you were looking for?
