I charged my fit bit and went to go use it and the screen is black. My app says it's fully charged so I tried to reboot and it won't respond to 7 or 15 second reboot. I'm so sad i live for my fitbit!

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button.
