My charge 3 is black now. It had been stuck on logo and 100 for days as I tried to reboot many times, long restart and all of that. It would go to the smiley face then just go black. No vibration at all. No action with haptic button at all. Doesn’t charge. Tried to change clock face someone suggested but says not connected to app. Help. Love my Fitbit

Hi @Royridgway, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen went black and it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
