Hi there!
My Fitbit is currently a black screen with response to vibrations. I have read many of the other posts and attempted full resets with no response. I then read someone suggested unpairing my device and connecting again but required me to read the numbers on the screen! (Which I cant see cause the screen has nothing on it). I have own this Fitbit for less than a year and have taken good care of it so this seems very strange. Help?

Hi @olivia-coates, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 became black and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
