Charge 3 screen went black and it won't turn on

My screen started going blurry and dim.  Then eventually just went black.  It’s still tracking everything and syncing to my phone, but it’s frustrating not being able to see anything!  I’ve tried the long restart and still nothing.

Hi @RebeccaB88, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 became blurry or dim and now it won't turn on at all. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.

Hi @RebeccaB88 - I had the same issue! The suggestion that @JuanJoFitbit gave to change the clock face is actually what helped me (a while back). It's irritating and still happens sometimes, but it's a relatively quick fix. 🙂 I hope it works for you too!

I have tried all the suggestions and my Fitbit is still not working.
