Hello, 

My Fitbit Charge 3 screen has went black. I have tried connecting to charger and holding the side button. The device will vibrate but the screen will not turn on, I have also tried changing my clock face without success. 

Please advise if there is any thing else I can try.

My FitBit 3 screen went blank, it was charged.  I need to know how to turn it on and off, please help
