Charge 3 screen went black

Hello, I have a charge 3 that the screen has went black. I have tried the restart as well as the clock change fix but neither has worked. I tried to contact customer service but it seems that Twitter is the only way to message them. I need to find a fix or find out how to sent it back for a replacement please.
