My children gave me my Charge 3 as a gift. I have tried every trouble shooting idea for my charge 3. When I tried to change the clock face , my firbit was not paired with my phone. I tried to set it back up but it asked me for a 4 digit code but my screen is black so I could not get the code it asked for.
