The screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 has also gone black/blank since yesterday and I have tried all of the usual fix's rebooting/charging has something broke Fitbit's side?

Mine has also done this, I’ve done all the fixes that have suggested and still isn’t working!! Mines been doing this for a couple months, I then do one of the fixes it then works then either that day or the next the screen goes black again. Screen works only when it’s connected to the charger and been restarted but once remove it from charger the screen goes black again!

My screen has also gone black. Did all the usual things suggested and nothing but the app seems to be reading it and I can feel it vibrate when putting it on the charger ( it’s changing fine ) and when I tried to reset it. What else could be causing this black screen?

I have the same problem a few times as well. What I find is that perhaps when I sleep or workout, that my wrist must bend enough to hit the side button and accidentally change the screen setting. 'Blindly' swipe and tap the screen a few times and it will come to a 'settings' screen and turn 'brightness' to 'normal'. I don't recall the exact wording but it is a screen setting and you can't see it til you swipe and tap with frustration a few times. It has happened more than once to me but as long as my power light has power this blind swiping has worked.

Me too,
I contacted support via Live Chat this morning and they were great and are sending me a returns label to post my broken one back to them and they will issue me a new one as it is still under warranty, I have tried everything - fully charging, re-booting, swiping the clock face, changing the clock face and nothing seems to be bringing the screen back on the watch!
