Charge 3 screen went black

Screen been totally black for weeks. Still registers on the app but cannot see time settings etc. Tried plug in restart but a few vibrations but nothing happens

Been replaced before for same issue. Are all fitbits the same or would I be better off with a different model

Exact same thing is happening with my charge three. It happened once before and the guy told me to go to settings.. to which I replied can’t go to settings if I can’t see anything on the screen🙄 and restarting it, and changing the clock face isn’t doing anything either.

I’ve got the same issue outside can’t see clock face etc. at all indoors can see Fitbit at bottom of screen. Tried changing clock face still very dim can’t see anything clearly to attempt to change any settings. Only managed to change through app on phone.

The same thing started happening to me a few months ago in the sunlight
could not even see what time it was.. the last time this happened to me I
was told by a customer service that I probably had the setting on fim😠but
I have tried every ploy that I’m being told and nothing is working. I think
it’s dead for good this time..
