This morning my fitbit was working fine but after my swim class, it went into the darkened screen and I can't get it back onto the lighted screen.  Help!!!

@narf1254 I am, sorry to hear this. 

 

Can you try connecting your Fitbit to the charger and restarting your Fitbit? Do you see your Fitbit charging and resetting?

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Do you see your Charge 3 connecting to the Fitbit app?

I can't see anything on my device==tried plugging it in (should be at
100%), so can't get to the settings to reboot it. Tried holding the button
in and nothing happened. I do have another fitbit (versa) but like me
Charge 3 better. My husband maybe buying me a new one for Christmas 🙂
