Purchased on Sept 27th 2020. Blank out in just 2 months. Reset multiple times per the instructions. Cant do factory reset as cant see anything on screen. Really bad experience just in 2 months of purchase.

Hi @kvpawar721, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is blank and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
