Charge 3 screen went blank and no green lights flashing on the back

The subject  pretty much says it all     The screen went black and then when I followed all the other directions I got a white line on it and now nothing     I am not even able to turn it back on the green lights in the back are not on now what do I do

I contacted Fitbit via their Twitter direct message and they sent me a replacement under warranty.

Moderator, I have the same problem and this is my second Fitbit my first was replaced due to losing time and trouble connecting to iohone 11. It’s less than a year old and was once again losing time. After a few months of not using it thought I’d try again. It’s 97% charged but screen has gone black, it’s not vibrating and no green light. Can you please help

Same problem.  Did you get a fix?

Just out of warranty I 🤔 think

They replaced mine because it was (just) still in warranty. But they initially weren’t going to because they thought I’d already claimed on the warranty so if you’ve already claimed on the warranty or the warranty has expired you may find the best you get is a discount voucher for a replacement.
