So I'm on my third or fourth charge 3 now in a matter of 2 years. My screen wasn't responding to touch and since yesterday its blank. I tried a hard reboot and the first few times it would vibrate with the line, get a smiley face, then just be black. Well now it's freezing on that line,not even getting to the smiley face. So frustrating because I bought the extended warranty and had to use it just a few months ago and again am having issues with it.
