Can anyone tell me how to fix my screen? It's gone almost completely white. I've tried the reset (15seconds, plugged in etc) done that several times with no luck. Not sure how long I've had this one as its a replacement for my first one developing a fault. Any help gratefully received.

Hi there, @Supsam. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers board for organization purposes.

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button.
