Charge 3 screen went blank

Got this yesterday and the screen is already black and won’t turn on. Very very disappointed, looks like it’s a common issue. I’d rethink getting this, a shame it’s so common for the anticipation of this...

Charge 3 vibrating & sending info to phone but black screen. Have tried the restart procedure & changing clock face. Nothing works. This watch is 4 months old - purchased from Costco Nov 2019. Way to expensive to be failing already. Can I send it back or what do I do next?

Fitbit screen goes completely black many times last 8 months and sometimes automatically come back after many days .Really a big headache from which I have been fed up.Any one please who can tell me the permanent solution please.

Its April 2020 and my fit bit keeps blanking out at least once a month, if not more often. Resetting it works! But im tired of this nonsense. Im hoping after getting bought by google y'all can fix this BS

My Versa screen went blank 2.days ago. How can I restore? Tried hard restart..Versa is buzzing, screen tries to come on with no luck.

I tried both of these options with no luck.  The tracker is still working and it vibrates when I change the face but it does not restore the screen.  Any other options or am I just out of luck?

I did the same thing as sue..changed the clock face..it vibrates so it
changed but my screen is black..?

I tried restart numerous times. Changed clock twice. It just vibrates. Screen totally black but it still tracks steps and sleep and everything else. I just have no screen.

I’m thinking since there are rumors of Fitbit selling to Google..Fitbit doesn’t really care anymore, otherwise they would make their customers happy. This is definitely a Fitbit problem with so many of us having blank screens.

This is my 3rd and last Fitbit,  they have all just up and quit in less than a year, I got the extended warranty and I am trying to get a replacement but it's been nothing but a giant hassle!

I have a fitbit charge 3 which has worked well until today when I noticed a blank screen after being out for a walk.  I clipped it into the charger cable and pressed the button for 8 secs, when I saw the smile. 

Sadly this has happened 4 times today and I am starting to get annoyed with it.

Can you please  tell me what is going on

Hello! I’ve tried holding the button down and changing the clock face. But my screen is still black. The charge is on and syncing/tracking. But the screen is just black.

my charge 3 went blank on Saturday - I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I have tried numerous times to re-set my fitbit - I have changed the clock face three times no luck. What do I do now?

I rang Fitbit via telephone and got it sorted out. Well worth trying

I am also having issues with a dark screen on my charge 3... I’ve had it around 15 months then 3-4 weeks ago the screen went dull making it difficult to read the display, it is now completely black although it still vibrates and syncs with the app.  I have tried resolving this problem by changing the clock face several times and numerous resets but no joy... so frustrating as it’s basically unusable

How did you get in touch with customer services in order to get a replacement as I’m struggling to find an address or uk phone number to help me hence the scrolling and jumping on other people’s threads 🥴
