Got this yesterday and the screen is already black and won’t turn on. Very very disappointed, looks like it’s a common issue. I’d rethink getting this, a shame it’s so common for the anticipation of this...

Same. super careful with my fitbit. BLANK SCREEN, Restarting does not fix it, i have left it off my wrist / charger for 24 hours. Nothing.. i let it charge for 5+ hours... Nothing.
i was not able to try the Clock Face change to see if it would work. Because i had unpaired it from my fitbit app (this method worked for me before this major issue). but Now it's asking for a 4 digit pin that's """On the fitbit screen"""" that i can't even SEE BECAUSE it's blank.
Disappointed. i pre-ordered it when it was being released, waited 6-7 weeks to get it, and now only few months later, my fitbit is basically useless.

I was able to reboot my Charger3 by plugging my tracker into the power cord and holding the tracker button down for eight seconds until I saw 🙂 appear on the tracker screen. I let go of the tracker button and the screen came back up.

It's nice to see a new member around, welcome @FitGeorgeII! While reading your post I was wondering if your tracker is still vibrating or syncing? Since the restart did not work, but your tracker is still vibrating and syncing I'd recommend changing the current clock face. Let us know if that works for you!

How am I i supposed to hold the side button down if when it is on the charge the sides that hold it in are in the way.....
